Cinderella's Housemaids Employment

At this time, we are taking applications for a full and part-time positions with our company. The Housecleaning position will be the beginning of a new cleaning team for Cinderella's. We are currently seeking people who can work 3-5 days a week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday.  Part time employees will work any combination of these days, but must be able to work 9-5 on the days that you are scheduled to work.  We do not currently have any night positions available.

Our Goal:  To begin new teams of cleaning professionals.  You will work with other professionals during your training term. Our training program lasts up to one month.  The length of your training program will depend on you.   How many days a week you work.  How well you listen to instruction, and how well you apply the knowledge you learn.

Experience and Training:  No experience is required to begin working at Cinderella's Housemaids.  We have full training programs allowing you learn all you need to become a cleaning professional.  All you need is a willingness to get the job done in a professional and workmanlike manner.  When you are hired, you will be fully trained to maintain our proven, high quality cleaning techniques.  You must be a dependable, honest  individual who doesn't mind physical work.  If this sounds like you, give us a call.

After training is complete, you will work with another employee, or trainee who has completed their training program.  We work in teams of two. Once a team is established, a supervisors position may be available. The time-frame and certainty for such a position is unknown. This possible position will be offered to an overachiever within the new team. We are looking for someone who will be flexible as our company grows.  Who works well with others and will be able to train new employees.

Wages and Transportation:  While the number of hours per day may change, you will be assigned the same days every week.  Starting wages will depend on experience, but will be in the range of $8.00-$10.00 per hour to start.  You will need a dependable vehicle for this position as you and your partner will be required to use your vehicles to get your team to each cleaning job.  You will also recieve compensation for the use of your vehicle. Reliable transportation and clean driving record required.
